By accessing or using DeepDive (deepdivemd.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
DeepDive is a spiritual wellness and personal development progressive web application (PWA) that provides guided principles based on the Bhagavad Gita and other wisdom traditions, an AI-powered transformation coach, breathwork exercises, journaling tools, and daily practice routines. DeepDive is operated by The DNA Diet Club, PLLC.
Accounts & Subscriptions
DeepDive offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout (currently $4.99/month) through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
User Conduct
You agree not to: use DeepDive for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app; use the AI coach to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing; share your account credentials with others; or misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code in DeepDive are the property of The DNA Diet Club, PLLC or its licensors. The Bhagavad Gita content used in DeepDive is derived from public domain translations and interpretations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from DeepDive content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DeepDive is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The DNA Diet Club, PLLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of DeepDive.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of DeepDive shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The DNA Diet Club, PLLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of DeepDive or your violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of DeepDive shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Williamson County, Tennessee. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DeepDive at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DeepDive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
